  • Prices may vary based on project complexity, revisions, or additional requests.
  • Any change in project scope after approval may incur additional charges.

4. Payments

  • A 50% upfront payment is required to start any project unless agreed otherwise.
  • Remaining payment is due upon project completion or before final delivery.
  • Late payments may delay project timelines and access to live files.
  • Digital services such as SEO, Digital Marketing, and Google Ads require monthly upfront payments.

5. Project Timelines

  • Estimated timelines are provided during project discussion.
  • Timelines may shift based on client response, delays in providing content, or revision requests.
  • North Star Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client inputs.

6. Revisions & Approvals

  • Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Once a project is approved, any further changes will be billed as new work.

7. Client Responsibilities

North Star Solutions is not liable for delays caused by missing or inaccurate information. Clients must provide:

  • Accurate business information
  • Required content such as text, images, logos, and branding assets
  • Timely approvals when requested
  • Access to platforms (hosting, domain, analytics, social accounts, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

  • All design work remains the property of North Star Solutions until full payment is made.
  • After full payment, ownership of approved deliverables is transferred to the client.
  • Source files may be charged separately unless included in the package.
  • North Star Solutions may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

9. Website & Digital Marketing Results

  • SEO and digital marketing results vary based on competition, algorithms, and market conditions.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales outcomes.
  • Google Ads performance depends on budget, niche, and optimization factors.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use third-party services (hosting, plugins, software, APIs, payment gateways). North Star Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime
  • Price changes
  • Functionality updates or limitations

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and business information confidential.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. North Star Solutions is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Website downtime
  • Data loss
  • Errors caused by third-party tools or client modifications

13. Termination

No refunds are provided for services already delivered. We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if:

  • Payments are not made on time
  • Terms are violated
  • Abusive or unprofessional behavior is encountered

14. Refund Policy

Since our services are digital and time-based:

  • No refunds are issued once a service has begun.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for services not yet initiated.
